Sizing Issues:
Before you place an order, we strongly advise you to measure yourself and consult our sizing chart on the Sizing Chart page to ensure accuracy.

If you encounter sizing issues, please reach out to us at support@amorcustomgifts.com within 14 days of receiving your items.

Note about Footwear:
A production fee applies for size replacements that are more than one size smaller or larger than the original. Thus, double-check our sizing chart before ordering to avoid extra fees.

Modify or Cancel Your Order:
You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to modify or cancel your order. Contact our customer support team at support@amorcustomgifts.com during this period.

After 24 hours, changes can no longer be made as your order will already be in production.

Damaged or Flawed Items:
At Amor Custom Gifts, we strive for excellence in product quality and accuracy. However, if you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, please contact us at support@amorcustomgifts.com. Include a clear photo of the issue, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to ensure your satisfaction.

Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank and payment method.

Order Not Received:
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days, please contact our customer support team at support@amorcustomgifts.com.

Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is paramount, and we will gladly work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Contact us at support@amorcustomgifts.com.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@amorcustomgifts.com with your concerns within 14 days of receiving your order. We handle each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the specific issue.

We do not issue refunds or store credits for:

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders with incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, marked, or damaged by the customer.
  • Orders returned out of return window ( 14 days after receipt)
